An aluminum patio cover is built to be worry-free.

Aluminum Designs offers an Elite 3” insulated panel. We also have a .030 3” non-insulated riser pan roof system. Both styles are durable and budget-friendly when compared to traditional wood construction. We can install most aluminum patio covers in just a day or two. We build all patio covers to meet the high wind ratings for your city’s building code. As such, each city and county have different building requirements. For example, the wind loads range from 120 to 160, depending on the area. As a result, we have two great choices with an engineered aluminum patio cover in either a 3” insulated panel or a .030 3” non-insulated riser pan.

A low-maintenance choice.

The aluminum surface has a baked-on enamel finish; as a result, maintenance becomes super easy. Therefore, no need for yearly painting and sanding like with wood construction. All that is needed is a water hose and a mild cleaner to make it look almost new again. The best part of aluminum, it does NOT rust!  The patio will last a lifetime with proper maintenance of periodically cleaning out the gutters and yearly washing. Over the years, we have created our proprietary installation techniques proven successful vs. the old installation techniques. Customers have called to say they have no leaks on their aluminum patio cover in the middle of heavy rain! Call today, at 228-328-2070.

We have an A+ accreditation with the BBB.

  • .030 3” Non-insulated riser pans make a great economical choice. (*we will not use .024 3” non-insulated riser pans for a patio; .024 pans aren’t engineered for clear spans over 8’*)
  • Patios protect doors, windows, and patio furniture from sun, rain, and hail.
  • You can still hear the sound of rain.
  • Condensation can form from the morning dew and drip onto the patio.
  • A screen room can use the .030 3″ non-insulated pan roof later if you want to upgrade from a patio.
  • The .030 3″ non-insulated pans come in 1′ wide sections with five-rib detail for strength and come in many lengths.
  • Sturdy. However, you cannot walk on it.
  • Used as patio covers, walkway covers, and carports
  • Our sealant is flashing grade and 100% pure silicone. As a result, it does not crack or shrink from sun exposure.
  • We put a proper roof pitch on all patios, so water drains away from the header.
  • We make custom-made flashing for each job site.
  • All attached patios are connected to the end of the home’s rafters and not just to your fascia board.
